The cold chain in air transport (basic)

Goal:
To give basic knowledge of supply chain principles in air transportation.
Roles and responsibilities. Basics on activities carried out by a cargo airlines, airports and notes on the different types of cargo units.

The cold chain in air transport (advanced)

recipients:
pharmaceutical and food industries.

Goal:
Deepening knowledge of the logistics chain in the aviation, analyzing critical control points in the cold chain. Acquisitions of the basics for conducting logistical investigations as a result of temperature excursions. Deepening of the airport handling to gain a comprehensive overview of the activities of an airport cargo warehouse.
Note: the basic course is a prerequisite to this course.

Handling of active containers for air transport

Goal:
To provide the handling, the different types of active containers, operations and fault management.

Temperature monitoring

recipients:
Staff of the airline, freight forwarders, ground handlers, pharmaceutical / food industry.

Goal:
Provide basic knowledge on the principles of monitoring temperature and their technical characteristics. Deepening the temperature monitoring systems for shipping and for temperature-controlled cooling rooms (wifi systems).
Analyze tracks and manage data. Overview of mapping temperature controller areas.
