National Airlines, an established U.S. air charter company, decided in 2021 to go through IATA’s CEIV Pharma certification process, to enter the pharmaceutical transportation market in a structured way, using the consulting services of MdG Consulting.

The entire project lasted approximately 6 months and involved all departments of National Airlines. MdG Consulting supported the airline, not only with specific training aimed at the growth of personnel involved in the management of pharmaceutical products, but also in the development of the document structure inherent in the manuals and processes that were then implemented in the existing quality system.

Marco Del Giudice, as a consultant followed the airline through all processes until it was eligible for certification with IATA.
