MdG srl has recently had the pleasure to fund the "Vita di Campagna” (Country Life) project, an important didactic initiative organized by a local association (Associazione Programma Natura) and successfully concluded on 9 April.

The project gave 30 children, aged between 6 and 10 years, the opportunity to attend lessons and carry out field activities aimed at learning the main techniques of growing plants, managing a farm, taking care of the animals’ welfare, not to mention the didactic construction workshops that the young pupils attended with genuine enthusiasm.

Sold out a few hours after the registrations opening, the project was overseen by Dr Riccardo Di Giuseppe, naturalist and expert in Environmental Education, and received the patronage from the Municipality of Fiumicino.

The Councilor for Economic Activities of the Municipality, Erica Antonelli, attended the closing ceremony, highlighting the merits of the initiative and thanking MdG Srl for the attention shown in supporting a very important education project destined to children living in the area.

Marco Del Giudice, Managing Director of MdG Srl, emphasized how the environment protection is a central priority to his company, as confirmed by the “green” attention paid in selecting suppliers and products.

The virtuous circle between local Institutions, "non-profit" associations and the industry operating in Fiumicino was unanimously appreciated and extensively emphasized by local media coverage.
